1987: Laurea (Italian MS) in Mathematics at Sapienza University of Rome.
1990-1994: Visiting Researcher at Brandeis University, USA where he received a Master of Arts in Computer Science.
1992: Ph. D. in Computer Science at Sapienza University of Rome.
1994: Hired as Lecturer at the Computer Science Department of Sapienza University of Rome.
1997: Tenured as Lecturer at the Computer Science Department of Sapienza University of Rome.
2000-2004: Assistant Professor at the Computer Science Department of Armstrong (now, Georgia Southern) University, USA.
2003-2004: Coordinator of the Master Program in Computer Science at Armstrong Atlantic State University.
2004: Tenured as Associate Professor at Armstrong Atlantic State University.
2004: Back to the Computer Science Department of Sapienza University of Rome in September.
2018: Signed and sent the Complaint Procedure Form below to the United Nations Human Rights Council (delivered on October 18).
2020: The Complaint was deemed inadmissible by the Council with no arguments (received on December 29).
2021: Pointed out to the Council the seventh article of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (emailed on April 22).
